Body Stride 4th Edition uses the upper body for the whole back half of the workout. Make sure you master the art of getting participants to wind up the gears until their legs only just stop. 1 step, 1 gear, 1 step, 1 gear repeated until your legs only just wont move. Don’t go too far past this point or you won’t get going on the poles.
