Lincoln Stewart Fitness One-on-One personal training is the best option for those who prefer individual attention due health or specific fitness requirements. The huge advantage to One-on-One personal training is that the sessions are catered exactly to what your desired outcome may be, be it weight loss, toning up, core strength or ripping up. Whilst it is the most direct route to achieving specific fitness goals, it can also be a less intimidating environment for those not accustomed or maybe reluctant to participate in a group session.

Our qualified team of massage therapists can visit you in the comfort of your home 7 days a week. All of our therapists are trained in relaxation, sports and deep tissue massage.

If you are a regular traveler and worried about missing a PT session with your trainer then STOP!
We will send a personal trainer to take you through an explosive workout at a location of your choosing, be it the hotel, gym or anywhere else you please. With personal trainers available in all Australian capital cities (excluding Darwin), we’ll keep you fit and in shape wherever your travels take you. In room massage services are also available for hotel guests.

Primary, Secondary and Dance Schools
Spice up your students fitness classes!
We send out qualified personal trainers and group fitness instructors for exciting, energetic and motivational classes that have been fully choreographed. All instructors working in schools have had their working with children check and hold current first aid certificates. Instructors can answer any relevant fitness questions at the end of the class for students or staff.
Please note: Prior bookings are essential for this service to allow time for any relevant licensing for the premises.
