Lincoln is a retired, Top 10 world ranked Junior Welter Weight Boxing Champion with an impressive 23-19-4-1, 16 KO’s (W-L-D) record. His boxing career stretches back to 1997 where, as a 19 year old he won his first bout and went on to a successful five year profession in the sport, retiring in 2002.

Lincoln moved on to a career in the Royal Australian Navy following his retirement and served his country for 9 years. During this time he regained his passion for boxing which was supported, and even sponsored, by the Navy and he returned to the ring in 2007, winning his comeback bout.

Lincoln’s career titles speak for themselves and he boasts a record unparalleled by most boxers. During his boxing career he earned the following accolades:

  • Victorian Lightweight Pro Title,
  • Oceanic Lightweight WBA Title,
  • 5 Amateur Australian Titles,
  • 5 Amateur Victorian Titles,
  • 3 Times Sportsman of the Year,
  • 2002 Runner-up Fighter of the Year,
  • 1997, 1998 & 1999 fight of the year in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide

Giving the sport away in 2008 on medical grounds, Lincoln directed his drive and energy into gaining the best qualifications in the fitness industry and set about helping others achieve their fitness goals. The birth of Lincoln Stewart Fitness came about because of his keenness to bring professional and motivational help to people looking to improve their health and fitness.

Discipline has been at the core of Lincoln’s philosophy since he first stepped into the gym, a philosophy he has brought with him to Lincoln Stewart Fitness. With twenty years’ experience in the fitness industry and numerous fitness qualifications, Lincoln has a keen understanding of what is required for people to achieve their personal fitness goals.
